Chablis, Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise, Maconnais, the Cellier de la Cabiote is a concentrate of the finest bottles of Burgundy. A space dedicated to the most prestigious bottles will take you on a journey from terroir to terroir. Other wine regions are not forgotten with a rigorous and precise selection.

Emmanuel Peulson will share with you his passion for wine and will be able to advise you according to your expectations and your tastes.

I am at your service to share my passion for wine and advise you during your visit at the store or during a tasting in the cellars.

Coming from a Beaune family for several generations, I owe the love of wine and the Burgundy terroir to family traditions. My ancestors passed on to me with passion and patience the curiosity of what I call "the magic of the Terroirs".

beautiful restaurants, including Michelin starred ones. Then, for more than 10 years, I worked with devotion within a wine house from Beaune, to be the representative of wines of Burgundy. One thing led to another, the Cellier de la Cabiote adventure was born.

Living off your passion is rare, and I want to share it and restore my knowledge by initiating some and advising others.

Also since 2011 and the creation of the Cellier de la Cabiote, real trust has been woven with the greatest winegrowers. This is a source of immense pride for me and I want to thank them by always trying to be a faithful ambassador to the image and history of their domain.
